"I love this place. Its always clean and the woman that works there is friendly and beautiful lol. The machines are all newer and make the task easy. They have smaller machines and larger ones to suit everyones needs. There is a bank of 5 higher capacity dryers, and they get a normal size load dried in about 30 min This place is so worth the time, that i travel 24 miles each way."

"Today I put 30 minutes of dry time for $1.38 at BYO Laundry. When I came back, the dryer door was open. The staff explained that a shoe inside must have hit the door. And there were no signs saying no shoes in the dryer. Still, I said, “That’s okay, it can happen. Let’s just put my time back so I can finish drying my clothes and catch up with my appointment.” Instead, the attendant told me she needed to “speak to the manager.” I waited 10 minutes while she tried to reach out to manager over the phone, only to be told, “Sorry, we can’t give you the time back.” Really? You just lost a regular customer who spends about $20 every week, $80 a month, $960 a year; over a $1.38 issue. You spent 10 minutes trying to “protect your business interest” which that’s $2.58 of labor cost right there (at NJ’s $15.49/hour minimum wage). Add to that the lost yearly revenue, and you’ve just made a -$962 mistake over a single dryer cycle. This isn’t business. It’s short-sightedness at its finest. Absolutely hilarious."

"This a good place to go,all the machines work but I’ve mentioned to the employees before that the owner should have a special washer machine designed for pets only because it’s kind of annoying to find pets hair all over the machine and I have a pet of my own and love him so much but that doesn’t mean I want other people to deal with my dogs hair!! I Don’t mean to be disrespectful!"
